Grind
Not sure which grind? See our brewing guide.
The Cup
What it tastes like
A cup that opens like a window. Jasmine first, then a wash of stone fruit, finishing on something close to bergamot tea.
The Origin
Where it comes from
Grown on the terraced slopes above Yirgacheffe, where the Gedeo people have cultivated heirloom coffee varieties for generations, often shaded beneath false banana and native hardwood.
The People
Who grows it
Sourced in partnership with Konga Cooperative, whose relationship with our roastery goes beyond a single harvest.
The Process
Washed
Processed using the washed method, chosen by the producer for how it expresses this particular lot.
The Roast
Light roast
Roasted light to protect the floral top notes. We stop well before the second crack, prioritising clarity over body.
Brew It
How we drink it
We recommend a pour-over at 92°C to let the jasmine notes lead.
