We've had chances to open a second location since 2021. We keep turning them down — a flagship only stays a flagship if someone is there every day to run it properly. For now, that's one room, in Le Marais.

Our flagship room sits at the edge of the Marais — a quiet, stone-floored space built around a single espresso bar and a handful of tables meant to be occupied for longer than fifteen minutes.
